REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

All prints sold by Arthive are produced to order specifically for each customer.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size
selection, or personal preference once an order has been placed.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged or Faulty Prints
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as
reasonably possible after delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may ask for:
Photographs of the damage or defect
Your order reference number
Where a fault or damage is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no
additional cost to you.
Made-to-Order Exception
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the right to cancel does not apply to goods that
are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
All Arthive prints are made to order and fall under this exception.
