Welcome to Arthive. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any
purchases made through it. By placing an order with Arthive, you agree to the terms set out
below.
1. About Arthive
Arthive is an independent photography and print studio offering curated photographic prints
for personal and commercial display.
All prints are produced to order using professional fine-art printing services and shipped
directly to customers.
2. Orders
All orders are placed through the Arthive website.
Once an order is submitted and payment has been successfully processed, it is considered
accepted and cannot be cancelled except as outlined in our Returns & Refunds policy.
Because prints are made to order, production begins shortly after purchase.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
Payment is taken securely at checkout using third-party payment providers (such as Stripe
or PayPal). Arthive does not store or have access to your payment details.
Prices include the cost of printing and standard packaging. Shipping costs, if applicable, will
be clearly shown at checkout.
4. Production & Fulfilment
All prints are produced specifically for each order using professional fine-art printing
partners.
Production times may vary depending on print size and demand, but most orders are
dispatched within a reasonable timeframe after purchase.
Arthive is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances outside
our control.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged,
please contact us promptly so we can assist.
6. Returns & Refunds
Because all prints are made to order, returns are not accepted for change of mind.
However, if your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact Arthive within a
reasonable period after delivery. We may request photographs of the damage to assist with
replacement or refund arrangements.
Approved refunds or replacements will be handled as quickly as possible.
7. Intellectual Property
All images displayed on the Arthive website are the intellectual property of Arthive.
Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. Prints are for personal
or approved display use only and may not be reproduced, copied, or used commercially
without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Arthive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the
use of this website or the purchase of prints, except where liability cannot be excluded under
UK law.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Changes to These Terms
Arthive reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version
published on this page will always be the current version.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
England and Wales.
